BTX Precision announced the successful acquisition of Addison Precision Manufacturing (APM), marking its first acquisition of 2024.
Based in Rochester, New York, APM is a premier machining company renowned for producing highly sophisticated and intricate machined components and assemblies across various major markets. With the ability to handle part sizes ranging from .050″ to over 50″ and consistently meeting the industry’s strictest tolerances, APM is a perfect addition to BTX’s portfolio of manufacturing operations.
The acquisition of APM is the fourth for BTX Precision. “The team at APM has built a reputation of quality and reliability” said Rick McIntyre, BTX Precision’s Group CEO.
