Greene sought to change this by using her foundational healthcare experience and background in nursing. She established a family-owned business and became the number one affordable source for senior services; Compassionate Helpers was born. Serving all ages no matter the situation providing 24/7 long-term or short-term around-the-clock care. Lativah became passionate and extremely active about ensuring that those in need of personalized home health care services received it. As an awarding entrepreneur in the medical industry, it was her automatic passion to employ caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide care for all ages. In 2009 Greene played an important role in the unprecedented growth, and business development Compassionate Helpers was founded to increase the importance of patient-care services.

Over the past 13 years, Greene has sharpened her skills by serving as a mentor, and franchise owner. In 2021, she was Awarded Best Home Health Care Entrepreneur, International Women’s Day Organization and Superwoman Production presented Greene award at an upscale event. Her mission is to partner with like-minded individuals to join Compassionate Helpers franchise to assist communities with activities of daily living such as (personal care, respite care, companion care, etc. Her accomplishments include mentoring hundreds of teens and young adults nationwide. Lativah is an agency owner of Allstate Insurance Firm located in Michigan and an advisor/partner for healthcare technology software that is expected to launch in 2022 fall.
In 2020, Lativah was recognized for her great works within communities and was announced to be one of the first women of color to own a home health care franchise corporation. Compassionate Helpers Franchising LLC was founded in 2020 to provide franchise opportunities to those who are interested in turning their passion into profits. Family-owned and operated company that has expanded to some global territories located in the United States with 14 locations. The goal is to continue to establish partnership relations with entrepreneurs who have such interest in franchise ownership opportunities.
