The Mexican online tire retailer was founded in 2018 with the sole purpose of offering its customers a unique, simple, and satisfying experience when buying tires.
“After four years on the Mexican market, tireclick will face the most important challenge to date by taking our experience to the biggest market in the world,” said Christian Durou.
Besides technology and UX, tireclick success and experience are based on having a top customer service team to follow up on every single order or question.
“We have to keep in mind that tires are a technical product where specifications and best practices are our social commitment to all our clients to ensure safety, performance, and long-lasting on their rubbers,” he also mentioned
Hispanics are close to 20% of the total population in the US, and this will be their first major target to focus on, being the first online tire retailer from LATAM to reach the US market.
The Mexican start-up is expected to launch its US website version next summer.
