OrthoArizona is bringing professional-level NFL Combine preparation to Arizona through a new partnership with Training HAUS, a respected performance training brand known for its work with elite athletes. The initiative marks the introduction of a 12-week NFL Combine Prep program in Scottsdale designed to help draft prospects and free agents prepare for the NFL Combine and the 2026 NFL Draft.
The training program, powered by OrthoArizona and running from late December through March, emphasizes speed, strength, biomechanics, explosiveness, and injury prevention as athletes work toward peak performance in advance of scheduled draft events. The Scottsdale facility will provide a fully integrated environment that combines performance training with expert sports medicine oversight.
OrthoArizona’s approach includes strength and conditioning sessions, position-specific coaching, physical therapy, biomechanical analysis, nutrition planning with on-site dietitian support, chef-prepared meals tailored to performance goals, pilates, yoga, and movement optimization. This comprehensive model is intended to enhance athletic output and reduce injury risk throughout intense pre-Draft preparation.
Training HAUS, originally founded in Minnesota in partnership with Twin Cities Orthopedics, is expanding its program to Arizona to take advantage of year-round training conditions and elite sports medicine support available in the region. The Scottsdale program will be led by Bill Welle, director of NFL Combine Prep at Training HAUS, who has extensive experience preparing professional and future professional athletes for competition.
