Steve Forcum joins SIPPIO as Director of Program Management, following a pivotal role in expanding Avaya’s cloud business unit. With over 25 years of experience, Steve is a renowned speaker and expert in enterprise voice, unified communications, collaboration, and cloud technologies. In his new position, he will lead key partnerships to help carriers develop thriving markets with SIPPIO’s Microsoft Operator Connect and Zoom Provider Exchange programs.

Eddie Chisolm has been appointed as Director of Business Development. He will assist resellers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in harnessing the power of voice enablement. Eddie brings over 15 years of experience in unified communications, joining from Paladin Technologies, where he facilitated enterprise organizations’ transition to voice in Microsoft Teams and Zoom across North America.
