Topgolf, a modern golf entertainment leader, and Special Olympics will be hosting the Unified Fore Joy ProAm on September 27. This event will be the largest day of inclusive golf in the world. Golf fans of all abilities will come together to support and raise funds for Special Olympics programming at thirty-one participating Topgolf venues in the United States and United Kingdom.

Six-person teams in the U.S. and the United Kingdom are invited to register for the charitable event. The teams will then compete against each other to put their Topgolf skills to the test.

Topgolf locations in the U.S. are committed to supporting Special Olympics through their annual Giving Season, which runs from August 1 to September 30. During this time, players can donate to Special Olympics by adding a donation to their check, purchasing a $5 Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics Flame icon, or buying an exclusive Red Glove to donate $5 to Special Olympics.
On August 3 and September 7, Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) officers and department personnel will volunteer as celebrity waiters at participating Topgolf locations to collect tips in support of local Special Olympics athletes. These LETR Tip-A-Cop® events will directly benefit local Special Olympics Programs.
Special Olympics and Topgolf have partnered to promote the sport of golf globally by designating Topgolf as a sanctioned Special Olympics Unified event. Special Olympics Unified Sports® activities bring together individuals with and without intellectual disabilities to train and compete as a team. This partnership will allow Special Olympics athletes, Unified partners, and coaches to access training and competition at 90+ Topgolf venues.
Starting this year, Topgolf will be the first branded, medaled event in Special Olympics history. Special Olympics Topgolf competitions will include individuals and Unified Sports® teams competing in Topgolf’s signature game.
