For his entire life, Daniel Elijah (Desvil) has been resourcefully creating. Most recently, he’s saving people time with personalized advice/counseling from people that can relate to help users make better-informed decisions.
We will see how it goes, whether he’s
a) The visionary bent on saving people time forces Americans to become explorers again,
or
b) A man…boy so distracted by vision that his life’s work is a series of brilliant disappointments.
“There is never enough time,” says Daniel Elijah.
He is sitting at his desk, at the makeshift headquarters of his company (pavleu.com) in Toronto — Pavleu as he eats from something that does not seem like a real plate of food, a frozen meal in a paper box heated in the oven from Walmart he calls “Frozens“.
Being late (nearly 2:00 AM) he is eating to stay on schedule or at least finish the tasks scheduled for today.
He is a young man of confused determination or should i say ambition with a sense of stubbornness.
Of course, Daniel Elijah talks about saving people time simply, but he is definitely far from that. From what little I know of him, he tends to change his mind a lot as evident on the pavleu website.
In just a few days he has changed the website to include personalized advice/counseling, downloadable food, amphibious travel, communal living, uninterrupted electricity, and money without interest. Even launching money without interest to realize that he really does not have enough capital to scale it.
He decided to put back the original plan of personalized experienced advice.
It does however seem to keep revolving around saving people time.
“Time is so valuable, you have no idea,” he says.
While juggling multiple ideas (or so it seems) it seems like he’s making his mind on the spot. He has been talking (and doing) about saving people time for several years, and his desire to find the best and optimal solution has seemed like a waste of time.
In 2018, a few days after his arrival in Canada (Toronto) Daniel Elijah launched pavleu.com shortly after winning a newcomer startup competition.
Pavleu succeeded in launching a body care online subscription service that was apparently used by no one, shortly after that he launched a massage service company while lacking the funds to scale, this too was a failed attempt.
He tried bootstrapping pavleu “tasks on your behalf” by launching the MIST, the modular inbuilt solar tile within May and June 2020, this was well received with its launch in Toronto Canada, but with the lack of funds to fulfill orders it failed.
“These do not save people time significantly, I just wanted to start something to make money and quit working general labor jobs… I knew I could, but now I can see I lacked a lot to make it a success…”
Despite the many failures, it seems like he is still not used to it, recently he must have decided on the mission of saving people time simply, launching the personalized advice an application or software that saves people years of their lives with personalized advice or counseling from people that can relate.
While working on including either communal living or electricity he says:
“The next one must be worth it, it has to be so good that no alternative comes close. This is the only way it can be worth pursuing in the future…”
He could certainly be described as the “Jeff Bezos of Elon Musk” or simply “Creative”, but it is clear he tries by doing, and self-funds each project from the one previously launched for the sole purpose of saving people time.
It would be of no surprise to me when he accomplishes all he is working on…
