Meet Aaron Posey, an Education Consultant that’s all about impact, working with education institutions and youth to create the leaders of tomorrow.
“I knew from the start that I wanted to be involved in education and that I wanted to help other succeed, especially young people who don’t have equal access to education and resources that the more fortunate do.”
Aaron Posey holds a Master’s in Education with a Doctoral PhD in Educational Foundation. With both the education to back his work and the hands-on experience with institutions across the U.S., Aaron Posey is focused on using advocacy to impact future generations to come.
Creating Impact Through Data
It all starts with data, and it’s what speaks to institutions and businesses when trying to advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion.
Of course, most employers and institutions know that a solid E&I strategy will help align younger generations with their offerings, but numbers in this instance, speak much louder than words.
They mean a lot more than the qualitative information shared without direct insight over tangible short and long term benefits.
“As a consultant, I’m constantly referencing the latest research as it pertains to education outcomes and the betterment of students. I also speak about how solid educational delivery models and inclusive teaching benefit the institution as a whole,” says Posey.
Part of Aaron Posey’s job is helping institutions understand the long-term impact of adapting their delivery of education so that it fits the needs of all.
Setting Tangible Goals
Another part of Aaron Posey’s work as a consultant is setting tangible, yet achievable goals with educational institutions. Institutions seek results, and it’s through the power of consulting and genuine care that Aaron Posey is able to set achievable, yet often ambitious goals in the delivery of excellent information.
To get institutions to adopt your strategy, you have to make it compelling enough, and you have to get them to understand the overall impact.
