In a quest to become the world’s leading developer of real estate technology for professionals, CloseHack presents a powerful new growth-hacking platform for brokerage teams and individual agents. The software, currently an open beta version, includes access to 200+ features and a trifecta of products including a custom IDX website, a customizable CRM, and a Marketing Automation tool.

In addition to its core features, the platform includes many technology break-throughs in the real estate sector such as a program to automatically create and optimize property highlight videos and a marketing automation tool that syndicates content across social media. The software also comes with white-glove service from CloseHack, a value-added bonus that functions like a “genie-in-a bottle,” providing the assistance of a dedicated CloseHack assistant to accommodate all customization requests across a subscriber’s website, CRM and marketing tools.

“Our vision was to create the best, most versatile, and most effective software solution to empower real estate professionals to thrive,” said Daniel Nix, CEO of CloseHack. “Bringing this software to market is the culmination of many years of hard work and deep real-world research. We’re proud of the software. For individuals and brokerages, it can completely revolutionize their business.”

Over the last 5 years, the platform was developed by CloseHack’s team of growth hackers, developers, and real estate professionals to help residential real estate brokerages, teams, and agents grow their businesses. The team worked with thousands of real estate professionals across the country to identify and test features and solutions that matter most when enacting a plan for growth in the competitive world of real estate.

Sparing no opportunity to work with the best, CloseHack aggressively built an all-star team to help develop their products. They brought on Dr. Alexander Nawrocki, a former NASA Robotics Operations Designer, to help design their platform and are led by Daniel Nix, CEO, and Theodore Hays as CTO.

With their new subscription-based platform, CloseHack provides support from the market research and exploration phase of the sales process all the way through the close—with marketing automation to ensure repeat success.

CloseHack encourages potential subscribers to request a free demo of the software, which can include mock-ups of how the platform products will feel and function for the subscriber’s specific needs. To learn more and to request your demo today, visit closehack.com.
