Learn What Perseverant Success Really Looks Like

A 25-Year-Old Entrepreneur Has a Lot to Teach About Being Successful

To measure success, you must dig deep and understand what motives lie in pursuing the impossible. But the gratification of “making it” isn’t always material. It often depends on the perception of how someone sees and the current set of circumstances they are in. One of the universal definitions of success, set by Ben Lang, Founder is that: “Success is when you accomplish your own self-defined goals.” Once you feel like you’ve done those things, you’ve succeeded.”

Unparalleled Bits of Advice from “The Great Entrepreneur”

When talking about success, the name Erik Petrosyan can’t be overlooked. He is a young, successful businessman who runs EPB Logistics Inc, a multimillion-dollar freight brokerage. In the past three years, Petrosyan has built a business that employs 15 people and operates all over the United States. He avoids the cliché sayings but feels some are universal truths.

Petrosyan is also the author of “The Great Entrepreneur.” This book is chock-full of great advice for aspiring entrepreneurs. Petrosyan draws on his own experience as an entrepreneur to show how entrepreneurship can be a key to reviving the masculine spirit. He argues that entrepreneurship provides an opportunity for men to develop their own strength and nature and to create something of value in the world. Petrosyan’s goal for writing this book is to develop that same instinct in young men today who have lost their strength and nature to media and lesser motives. Part of masculinity is a survival instinct, and Petrosyan believes that entrepreneurship is key in reviving that spark and spirit we sorely need in the world today.

Petrosyan’s book is an essential read for any man who is interested in entrepreneurship. It provides insights into the mindset of a successful entrepreneur and offers practical advice for starting and running a successful business.

Mindset is Everything

Highly successful individuals are well familiar with giving up their personal time to focus on work, and Erik Petrosyan is no different. For Petrosyan, that meant he couldn’t hang out with his friends as much and had to always look for ways to improve himself. Time being, the ultimate truth was something that came naturally to him. That’s when his mindset mantra about how to think came to life. So, when people ask him for advice, he always starts by talking about the power of the mind.

As Petrosyan says, “Money doesn’t sleep. For success, you have to be available when money calls. If you don’t see any opportunities, you must seek them out.  Instead of scrolling through social media when you’re bored, pick up a book and learn something new. There is always something new to learn.”

Learn and Share Your Knowledge

Obtaining the right knowledge is the second most crucial key to climbing the ladder of success. To run a business, knowing how to do things right is vital. It’s not a problem if you are unfamiliar with what it takes to make it in a certain business field; overcoming it is. The right knowledge needs to be gained. Sharing that information can also be helpful, especially since Petrosyan takes care of all his employees. He says that no one who made it big did it alone.

Stay Consistent

Petrosyan says that being consistent and disciplined was the most important thing he learned. It’s not hard to make a choice, but it can be hard to stick to it. One has to be fully committed, which means being consistent and keeping an eye on the big picture. Experience makes a person work smarter, but hard work leads to success. Many people don’t recognize the struggle for success but only see the fruits of their labor. Erik Petrosyan concludes that people who made it did the hard work when they had to, and it shows. “Find what motivates you and take advantage of the day.”
