Orthodontic Partners recently welcomed Dr. Stuart Frost and Dr. Trevor Nichols of Frost Orthodontics to its fast-growing team of partner doctors. Orthodontic Partners, a National Orthodontic Group Practice, has maintained steady growth despite pandemic-related setbacks the profession has faced in the last year. The organization’s approach in its partnerships focuses on collaboration and aggregation of the best clinical, marketing, and business practices between recognized leaders in the orthodontic profession and those of the seasoned executive team. Orthodontic Partners is growing its practices while carefully maintaining the clinical integrity and local culture that established these thriving practices. The organization continues to seek doctor partners and associates across both new and existing markets.

A national group of orthodontists, the organization now operates across Arizona, Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, and Missouri. With a priority on clinical excellence, Orthodontic Partners prides itself on allowing its partnering doctors full clinical autonomy and the ability to keep their brand identity, while supporting each practice with a service center that aids in accounting, revenue management, human resources, reporting, marketing, operations, and other business functions to meet the constantly evolving demand for patient-focused orthodontic care. The organization connects its established practices with a common belief: As patient demands increase, and the business aspect of the profession becomes more complicated to navigate, there is more value in collaboration and aggregation than ever.

Dr. Frost joins Orthodontic Partners’ clinical advisory board as a sought-after international educator, specializing in Damon braces and gummy smile treatment, after building a successful practice and recognized brand among the profession in Mesa, Arizona, over the course of two decades. He looks forward to the opportunities that lie ahead in this next stage of his career: “We’re joining OP because in life, it’s all about progressing to the next level. We wanted to be a part of something that was bigger and better than ourselves.”

“We know that together with OP, we are better, and we’re going to make orthodontics better,” agreed Dr. Nichols, partner doctor and educator in Spark clear aligner treatment.

“Frost Orthodontics is a perfect fit for our organization, and we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Frost, Dr. Nichols, and their world-class team to the Orthodontic Partners family. We look forward to working with them to serve the Mesa community with exceptional orthodontic treatment,” states Chip Hurlburt, CEO of Orthodontic Partners. “We continue to seek like-minded partner doctors to join our team in 2021 and beyond, as we remain poised to maintain our current growth.”
