PrintWithMe, the leading self-service wireless printer amenity for the multifamily and retail industries, today announces a new partnership with JMG Realty, Inc. (JMG) to launch its printer technology across JMG’s nationwide portfolio of 85 luxury apartment communities, including approximately 30,000 apartment homes.
PrintWithMe is a self-service, wireless printer station that enables residents to print securely from any digital device. PrintWithMe is currently available at JMG communities in GA, FL, NJ, TX, NC, NY, and MD with more launching throughout the first quarter of 2021. Through this partnership, residents at JMG communities will have access to shared PrintWithMe stations that are convenient, user friendly, and secure. All PrintWithMe printers are CCPA-compliant and use encryption and deletion technology to ensure resident privacy.
JMG is an Atlanta-based, fully disciplined real estate company, focusing on management, redevelopment, financial, and investment services for the multifamily industry. JMG’s portfolio includes communities throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Southwest.
“We launched PrintWithMe even before pandemic as we recognized the need for this type of amenity for our residents. People working and schooling from home need a reliable printer, scanner, and copier, and we are proud to offer that to our residents,” said LuAnne Acton Ross, Partner and Executive Vice President for JMG. “When you combine the positive resident impact with the cost savings for our properties and the reduced liability from our onsite teams who may have been helping residents by printing their private documents, it is simply a no-brainer.”
A November 2020 survey conducted by SatisFacts, Working From Apartments: What Residents Say They Need, indicated that apartment renters require technologies to ease the challenges of working from home. When asked which apartment amenities would best accommodate their current needs, 50% of respondents listed printing services – second only to faster internet options (54.5%).
Progressive companies like JMG have identified the growing and evolving needs of their residents and taken steps to fulfill those resident requirements with sustainable solutions.
“Work from home, and potentially schooling from home, is here to stay,” said PrintWithMe Chief Revenue Officer, Joe Summers. “JMG is leading the charge of providing residents with amenities and services that are safe and secure to make working from home easier. Not only do residents appreciate the services, but JMG onsite team members are no longer burdened with managing printer supply, servicing the machines, or even being asked to print materials for residents. We are honored to be the printer tech of choice for JMG, and we look forward to our continued partnership.”
