DJE Texas Management Group, a company in San Antonio that invests in and manages real estate, has recently acquired Hillside Canyon Apartments, a community with 114 units. The apartments are located near other properties owned by DJE in North-Central San Antonio. DJE’s property management team, called DJE Properties, will manage the apartments and make improvements to the property, including a new name, renovations, and better operations. DJE has invested in over 5,200 apartment units so far, and Hillside Canyon is the 18th community that the company has acquired. This purchase is an important step for DJE to increase its presence in the commercial real estate investment market in Central Texas. Devin Elder, the Founder and CEO of DJE Texas Management Group, is eager to work with his team and oversee the project.
