You don’t come across musicians who are not only thought to be the next big thing, but also the ones who will completely change the music industry. You might be familiar with Scilence because of her collaboration with rapper “Bizarre,” who appeared on her chart-topping song “Crush.”.

“Scilence Unplugged (The Live LP)” is a brand-new album from the “Crush” phenomenon. This project is a compilation of all of Scilence’s most popular songs performed live. A grand piano, Rhodes, string quartet, jazz horns, latin percussion, autotuned lead vocals, and other instruments make up the unmatched instrumentation.

Scilence has remarkable vocal control over her autotune, as demonstrated by her sweet-harmonic song “I Like Trips With U,” which features some of the album’s most electrifying and in-your-face autotune. She almost sounds like the audience’s favorite villain or bad guy when she slips into her deviant head voice. The song “I Like Trips with U” has a lot of “Joker” villain vibes, and the fans love it!

Lo Dudo pt. ll, is the album’s opening track and it set’s the entire mood of the albun quickly. This song is a response to Josè Josè’s 1983 Latin ballad “Lo dudo,” which translates to “I doubt it.” The album’s tone is set by the mellow autotune and the uncanny backup chanting “drugs-yeah.”.

A man falls deeply in love with a woman in Josè Josè’s original song, but she eventually chooses to be with another man. Josè says he doesn’t think the other man can bring her as much joy as he once did. In Scilence’s retaliation song, “Lo Dudo pt. ll,” she essentially apologizes for leaving him. A clever twist is added by Scilence, who claims she left him because of a drug addiction.

The next record on the live album, “Hollyweird DMT,” is the first to feature the jazz horns and string quartet that are featured throughout the entire album. “The lyrics are so relatable because we have all experienced being made to feel inadequate at some point in our lives” – Scilence.

The songwriting on this album is masterfully put together and expressive. “Hollyweird DMT” is based on the true account of a young woman named Peg Entwistle who had dreams of becoming a successful Hollywood actress. Sadly, she never got the chance to live out her dream because in 1932, she committed suicide by jumping off the Hollwood sign’s letter H.

With this album, Scilence is truly coming out swinging. A unique and energizing sound is produced by the California-based artist.
