USPA Global Licensing Inc. (USPAGL) recently announced that U.S. Polo Assn. has been bestowed with two Gold Stevie® Awards from the 20th Annual International Business Awards® (IBA). U.S. Polo Assn. is the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA).
The awards were presented to U.S. Polo Assn. at a gala banquet event held at the Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Rome, Italy on Friday, October 13. The event was attended by USPAGL leadership and the brand’s Italian partners Incom, Bonis, Eastlab, and Eurotrade, as well as over 250 guests from various top companies and Stevie winners.
U.S. Polo Assn. was recognized for its achievements in two categories – ‘Achievement in Growth: USPA Global Licensing Takes Global U.S. Polo Assn. Brand to the Next Level with $2.3 Billion in Revenue,’ and for ‘Achievement in International Expansion: USPA Global Licensing/U.S. Polo Assn. Expands in 190 Countries.’ The judges awarded the multi-billion-dollar sport-inspired global brand with the highest scores in these competitive global growth categories.

On stage, the two gold trophies were received by Lorenzo Nencini, the CEO of Incom S.P.A.; Augusto Bonetto, the CEO of Bonis S.P.A.; Andrea Zini, the CEO of Eastlab; and Franco Zuccon, the CEO of Eurotrade, along with Stacey Kovalsky, the Vice President of Global PR & Communications for USPAGL.
The International Business Awards® is recognized as the world’s most prestigious business awards program. In 2023, the IBAs received entries from organizations across more than 60 nations and territories. This year, over 3,700 nominations were submitted by companies of all sizes and from virtually every industry, across a wide range of categories. The Stevie Award winners were determined based on the average scores provided by over 230 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process.
